Office Support Works

Office support volunteers gain experience in the working areas of non-governmental organizations and the working styles of different departments in our Head Office in Akatlar. They have the opportunity to closely observe and experience the preparation and planning stages of project execution and preparation, as well as operational processes.

Long-term office volunteer candidates are required to send their CV and motivation letters to volunteer@mayavakfi.org after filling out the application form by writing “I want to be a Long Term Office Support Volunteer” in the email subject. A face-to-face interview is conducted with the candidates whose applications are approved.

The long-term office support volunteers are expected to:

Provide general support to teams in the foundation
Support in communication, resource development, coordination, reporting, content development and operations
Support for 3 to 6 months, at least 2 days on weekdays between 10.00-17.00
Support field studies, if needed.
