  • You can draw a picture of how you feel.
  • You can make a collage by cutting out pictures from old newspapers and magazines that reflect people’s different emotions.
  • You don’t have to hide it if you feel sad or want to cry.
  • You can prepare an album with happy moments.
  • You can spend time with your favorite animals.
  • You can cook your favorite food with the help of an adult.
  • You can dance to the music you love.
